Who operates and runs Hub101?

Cal Lutheran University. Cal Lutheran’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Hub101 are products of the School of Management’s vision for creating a regional hub for community members and students interested in entrepreneurship. Hub101 is a space where community members and students can launch companies and grow their businesses.

What is the agreement period for your coworking space?

Coworking with Hub101 is extremely flexible and is structured as a month-to-month agreement. This provides all startups with the stability of having an office space, alongside the flexibility built into our structure to scale with the growth of your business over time.

What day do agreements typically start on?

You can begin your membership payment cycle at any time. You will be electronically billed every month on the same day you initially began your plan.

What does coworking at Hub101 include?


We have so many different environments contained within Hub101, so you can find the exact setting which works for you. We have couches for lounging, conference rooms with tables for meetings, mobile desks for quickly reconfiguring our open space, and traditionally styled desks for those who prefer a more classical approach to work.

High-speed Internet

Our wi-fi is fast and reliable, and can easily handle all of the downloads and uploads crucial to your day’s work. We also have ethernet ports if you prefer a more direct connection to the Internet.

Conference Room Access

We have three separate conference rooms ready for use at all times. Got a meeting? We have a space in which you can hold it.

Fun Amenities

With free coffee, a bike share program, a community kitchen, a table tennis set-up, and so many other amenities, we make sure that our coworking companies stay comfortable and happy.

Awesome Community Building Events

In case you haven’t figured it out yet, we here at Hub101 believe in building the entrepreneurial community through fun and meaningful events. We’ve held Cinco de Mayo taco parties, food truck Wednesdays, TED Talk Tuesdays, and so many other kinds of outlets for networking with like-minded, success-driven people.

How can I tour Hub101?

The best way to get a comprehensive tour of our space is to schedule a tour. This way, we can ensure someone is available to show you around while also being sure no other large events will pull our focus away from you.

How much does it cost for coworking access?

We have a few different payment options for coworking, dependent upon your needs and situation. Student Membership is intended for current high school and college students, and is available for $29 per month. Individual Full Access is available to anyone, and costs $199 per month. Off Hours Access is an excellent way to gain access to the space if you can’t afford full access yet, and costs only $99 per month.

What is the difference between all of the coworking packages?

Each coworking package offers a different degree of access to the Hub101 space, and eligibility for some packages is dependent upon your situational factors. To learn more about what each package offers, take a look at this page.

Can I get temporary member access at Hub101?

Yes! Day passes (for the hours of 8AM through 10PM) are available for $29.

What are the building hours? When can I work within the space?

The Individual Full Access packages provide you with 24/7 access to Hub101. Off Hours Access gives you access Monday through Friday from 7 to 9 AM and 6-10 PM, along with all weekend hours, Student Access provides you with access on all days of the week from 7AM to 10PM.

Hub101 is staffed Monday through Friday 8AM to 10PM.

What are your conference rooms like?

We have two conference rooms available for booking at all times, and each room is furnished with tables, rolling chairs, and plenty of whiteboard space with the requisite whiteboard accessories. One of our rooms has an Apple TV configuration to connect your laptop and share your screen.

Are there additional fees for Internet access, booking conference rooms, etc.?

All of these amenities are covered within your coworking package, so there are no additional fees. You can book conference room time in our member portal.

Can guests visit me within the space?

Of course! Your coworking package comes with two free full-day guest passes per month, and a guest stopping by for a quick meeting can meet with you for free.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, all you need to do is simply update your account through our Nexudus Spaces portal.

How easy is it to alter or cancel my coworking payment plan?

It is extremely easy to alter or cancel your coworking payment plan at any time. If you choose to cancel please let our front desk support know so we can ensure you don’t get billed.
